This Transformational Breathwork merges two traditional methods from the Amazon and Tibet. The practice specifically aids in the location and elimination of psychosomatic sources of disease. It is an ancient cathartic healing breath; activating and purifying the emotional memory of the organism at the cellular level. This ancient practice is similar to the more recent Rebirthing method by Leonard Ore or Holotrophic Breathwork by Stanislav Groff, with a more shamanic perspective reflected in both Tibetan and Amazonian cultures. This is a multidimensional experience, encompassing many facets of our being and teaching us how to reactivate all the energetic chakra vortexes to their natural higher vibrational frequency.

We will be offering ceremonial cacao to initiate our session. Cacao is a powerful plant medicine which can increase blood supply to the brain, help to facilitate deeper energetic and emotional release, increase connection to energy flow and heart space. In this way the cacao supports in deepening the journey with the breathwork. Intake of cacao is optional.
