Welcome to the Integral Dojo

Our Purpose: Individual and collective development in and through an integral context.

This group is for seekers who wish to apply the Integral Theory lens to help understand complex issues and topics around emerging consciousness. You will find progressive and spiritually awakened people in this group.

We have two requests of meeting participants:

1) Participants in our meetings are expected to have read through at least the introductory material shown below. Your ability to participate and ask meaningful questions will be enhanced by investing 30 minutes or so in the model.

2) Our meetings are currently structured with an opening checkin, a brief meditation and a facilitated conversation around a selected topic. We welcome constructive inquiry and exploration in our conversation but insist that all interactions remain positive and respectful. We seek to maintain a positive, upbeat energy throughout our meetings.

Our intention is to practice both form and formlessness. We hold conversations to explore and unpack challenging topics raised by members using an AQAL (Integral Theory) lens. We actively explore movement, beauty, art, silence and nature. Please contact our Organizer if you have topic you'd like to suggest.
