Discuss the skills required to build Content Management Systems (CMS)

The format of the evening will be a "question time format", where the panel will be asked a question after which the audience is invited to participate. Around 4-5 questions wil be considered:

1. Introduction : Who are you, company, platform, features?

2. Typical jobs: what does a typical sales, development, maintenance process look like?

3. Skills: What are the typical profiles of users/developers?

4. Sourcing/Training: whats on offer, what is the market like?

Including networking the session will go on between:1800:2100.
