Coaching with Clarity by Jamie Smart

Coaching with Clarity

Whether you're a coach, trainer, consultant or therapist (or aspire to be one), there's a simple but profound question that at's the heart of our field: What does it take to create the kind of life-altering transformations that make a profound, meaningful and lasting difference in a person's life?

In this entertaining "hands-on" session, you're going to start discovering the 'secret ingredients' to creating life-changing transformations; the kind of transformations that people pay excellent money for, rave to their friends about and (most importantly) allow them to live their most inspiring, successful lives. Here are just a few of the things you're going to be getting:

- Your personal powerhouse for making a profound difference in the lives of others. This 'secret ingredient' isn't just the foundation of your ability to create mind-blowing transformations with any client, no matter what their background is; it's also what gives you the confidence to create coaching clients, because you know you can deliver the goods.

Your clarity of connection - the more deeply connected you are with another human being, the more impact you have, and the greater your ability to help them transform. You're going to learn where that kind of connection comes from, what makes it so powerful, and how you can experience more and more of it going forward.

Your innovation engine - Have you ever noticed that the most powerful coaches always seem to have a great question, a unique perspective or the perfect metaphor up their sleeves? Where do these come from, and how can you rely on them showing up when you need them? Your innovation engine. Whether you're in the process of building your client base or delivering life-changing coaching to the people you're here to serve, your innovation engine is the source of your ability to deal with whatever gets thrown at you, and feel confident that you'll be able to deal with it.

Through a combination of metaphors, exercises and live demonstrations, Jamie's going to unpack the "Clarity Coaching Model" and give you a personal experience of coaching with clarity.

He has appeared on Sky TV and on the BBC, as well as in numerous publications including The Daily Telegraph.

Salad soon became the world’s leading NLP product business, and he was acknowledged by his peers as one of the world’s finest trainers. Then, in 2008, Jamie shifted his focus to a new paradigm, the principles of Innate Thinking®. He stopped teaching NLP and in 2012, sold Salad. Prior to starting his own business, Jamie led multi-million pound organizational change programmes and was also brought in as a troubleshooter to rescue struggling projects. His client list includes the Guardian newspaper, Sweet & Maxwell, Payzone and Dun & Bradstreet.

Fantastic speaker who delivered a talk that stuck, full of metaphors and story telling. Really enjoyed it, thank you Jamie... I look forward to the next one.

I think that what Jamie shared (eventhought he was a very good speaker!) was very obvious. I actualy expected more

This was so much more than I was expecting. The simplicity of Jamie's approach coupled with its depth of intent is one that speaks to me in my own work. Being present at this talk has given me the impetus to value the importance of being fully present with another person. Thank you both Jamie and Matt.

Another fab and insightful evening. When we live in the moment, focus less energy on what's passed or what may or may not happen, a connection between two people naturally happens and thinking doesn't get in the way; just one of the things I took away from the evening. Thank you Jamie and Matt.

I really enjoyed Jamie's talk and took a lot away from it. I'm definitely a fan of his approach (Julia , who also attended, would say I jokingly that I was a groupie, LOL). An excellent offering from Matt as per usual and I will be back in the autumn x
