I very much enjoyed the way Jamie adapts tried and tested NLP techniques. I liked in particular the use of language in the 'Timeline': a place we can call 'Now' and another we call 'Later.' I can see how this could bring Timeline into reality for those to whom images such as 'carpet of stars' might not appeal.
Sorry I can only give the presentation 4* overall, simply because, from the back, it was it was hard to hear Jamie. He did speak up for a minute or two after being asked to, but then dropped again.
Looking forward to the next meeting.

I think the title was misleading :) How we can be happier, free, ourselves, and experience all in life. I actually believe in it. I think it is true. We are what we are, and if we free ourselves of illusion (including negative self talk) the world will be a better place. Will definitely come to more on this Meetup; lovely indeed and a very friendly bunch of strangers. I felt very relaxed and included in the event.
