Tai Chi Chuan is simultaneously a practice that enhances a healthy mind and body, and also teaches the body mechanics suitable for self-defense and for success in other sports.
David Alexander has taught for many years, and studied with world-renowned teachers Herman Kauz and William Chen starting in 1978. Tai Chi Chuan is suitable for all ages. When practiced it leads to greater energy and coordination and at the same time to a more peaceful state of mind.
Classes will be one hour long. A preferred meeting place will notify of availability by October 6th, otherwise another location will be chosen.
