Meet to hear Martha St. Claire, near-death experiencer, author and counselor
Details
Imagine being out for a day of fun in the sun and waterskiing on the Sacramento River in California, getting your arm tangled in the tow rope and being dragged underwater.
When you finally come up again, your life has changed utterly and will never be the same.

This is what happened to Martha St. Claire, who had a near-death experience in 1974. During the time she was under water, Martha sensed that she had a "light body", saw the stars and galaxies that felt familiar - like she was truly "home".
Martha's NDE happened before the term was coined and before the phenomena entered into public awareness. Although she described the experience to her family, they didn't believe her, and wanted her to stop talking about it.
But Martha has felt "tuned in to the other side" ever since. Her life has become one of counseling and service through work with the elderly and dying, through hospice work and through spiritual counseling.
Many people dismiss near-death experiences as "the hallucinations of a dying brain". Martha is in the special position of knowing, from her own youthful drug-taking, the difference between hallucinations and her near-death experience. She says, "nothing compares to the divine light."
Join us to hear how her near-death experience left her with no fear whatever of death and how it changed the direction of her life.
