Our mission is to provide fun and memorable culinary experiences by creating deliciously fun cooking classes. We will create a theme menu and you will help prepare the meals. This will be a great opportunity to meet new people and expand your repertoire.
We will meet at a home in San Francisco (sometimes in San Jose), have a drink and hors d'œuvre before diving in to cooking and preparing the meal. Some of the more time consuming dishes will be prepared 40-60% ahead of time. Ingredients and equipments are provided and after we have finished cooking, we sit down and enjoy the full meal that we prepared. Feel free to bring wine or anything else to enjoy with the meal. Each cooking event will be about $20 - $50 (depending on the menu) and 2-5 hours duration.
We love to cook and eat great foods from all over the world. From making delicious thin margherita pizzas reminiscent of what they serve in Naples, or redoing the mac & cheese recipe (comfort food for adults), or making Vietnamese spring rolls (courtesy of mom), our goal is to bring a group of people together to cook and eat delicious foods and make new friends. Each meetup cooking class will be based on a theme: either country or region (such as France or the Provence region) or seasonal and local produce.

Our next designation is the Southwest of France to explore the famous dish of the region. The Cassoulet - a pork and haricot white beans dish with crisped bread crumb crust atop that will transport you to Toulouse.
We will meet and greet over a buffet of cheese samplers and bites. We will then start chopping and preparing the Cassoulet. While the Cassoulet cooks for about 2 hours, we will prepare the sides and dessert. Read more
