Welcome to IMRG.
All makes and models of motorcycles are welcome. Our only bike requirement is that yours is capable of maintaining highway speeds. We also desire that all our members have group riding experience (please see our "about us" page for details- http://www.meetup.com/International-Motorcycle-Riders-Group-I-M-R-G/about/
Our goal is to foster a safe and friendly environment (read “drama free”) where we can all get together, enjoy riding with each other, and sometimes just hang out.
The organizers strive to make this group something special. In addition to the standard local day trips most groups post, each month we will have one “feature” ride. These rides will be something extraordinary. Each feature ride will generally be a 2 or 3 night trip to a destination far enough away from the valley that it will offer something new for everyone. Expect to come away from these rides with some great pictures and stories to tell!
Check out our IMRG Ride Video page for a look at some previous IMRG rides to get an idea of who we are. http://www.meetup.com/International-Motorcycle-Riders-Group-I-M-R-G/pages/IMRG_Ride_Videos/
Joe Team encourages any and all ride suggestions. You can email the idea to an organizer or use the suggestions tab on the calendar page. http://www.meetup.com/International-Motorcycle-Riders-Group-I-M-R-G/ideas/
To become and STAY a member of IMRG you have to be active and participate in at least one ride every 3 months. If you didn't participate in a ride in the last 3 months, you could be removed as a member, but will always be able to join again once you are able to ride again with us.
This group is not about numbers, but about riders who know each other and each others riding style.
This keeps the safety of riding in a group high.
If your riding style lends itself to an experienced group and you’re looking for an opportunity to enjoy some unique riding experiences, join us and see how we roll.
