Shmuel's Bio:

Shmuel barkan has high level of leadership and interpersonal communications skills. Also, has strong ability in business development, technology and financials.

Barkan has extensive experience in managing in a global company with regional responsibility, along with rich experience in management of High Tech companies in Israel and abroad.

In his previous positions he worked as a Managing Director of Elisra – Gan LTD, CEO of Gad - Line Ltd, CEO of ELIS GmbH in Austria, and in Tadiran Communications: Marketing Director for North America on a mission (was based four years in New York), Development Engineer, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager.

Barkan has a B.A. degree in Electrical Engineering at the Technion institute in Haifa, Certificate studies in Business Administration for Senior Managers at Bar Ilan University and Strategic Planing at Technion.

David was co-founder and CTO at Cotendo, a next generation CDN, eventually acquired by Akamai, where David was CTO EMEA. He was also CTO at GetTaxi, where he was in charge of setting an architecture that can scale with the millions of GetTaxi rides. He began his career at Commtouch, where he was an R&D director and Chief Architect. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Technion.

Opher's Bio:

Opher Kinrot, Ph.D. Co-founded OTM Technologies Ltd. and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Kinrot served as he R&D manager of Orziv Ltd. During his military service within the IDF Intelligence units, Dr. Kinrot served as a Liaison Officer at Tadiran Electronics and as a Software Engineer at RCA, New-Jersey. He published several patents and articles on laser technology and non-linear optics. Dr. Kinrot holds a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel, an M.Sc (Cum Laude) in Applied Physics from the same institute and a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Mathematics & Physics from the Hebrew University, Israel, within the TALPIOT program of the IDF.
