We are a Co-Op Group that shares Trials and Tribulations about becoming or being Gluten and or Dairy. A local pantry is available That will fill your orders weekly and with being a Co-Op you will save money! We will have meetings to share Recipes and new foods to try together. This journey is tough but we will all do it together.
Come one come all to find the foods that taste wonderful and help each other put a great meal together! We look forward to having you with us!
