This MeetUp is for those who are interested in exploring an embodied spiritual path.

How do we interweave our spiritual and daily lives? This introductory class is an exploration of practices that will help strengthen our relationships and deepen our intimacies with ourselves and with others.

This circle includes meditation, practices with breath, sound and light, lecture and participatory exercises. It is an experiment of living in deep connection with ourselves and with others. It is learning how to be Present.

Some of the topics covered will be: Breathing into the Yes of Now: Balancing and Integrating Our First and Second Chakras; Moving Energy; The Feminine and Masculine Balance in Our Lives; the Healing Power of Pleasure.

We will meet on the first Thursday of every month from 7 pm until 8:30 pm, beginning January 6, 2011.

Adults of all genders and sexual orientations are welcome. Pre-registration is mandatory. Cost $10 each session.
