Based on the Myers-Briggs temperament indicator, this group is designed to bring together ISTJ INFJ INFP INTJ INTP ISFJ ISFP ISTP types. Introverted, however, does not automatically mean excessively shy or sensitive! It means we are not "happy hour" types, but prefer small group settings with discussions that go beyond "small talk". Not sure if you are shy or a true introvert? Read about the difference between being shy and Being Introverted here.  Not sure what your Myers-Briggs type is? Take the test: or And if you are one of the above types, here's our message to you: Yes, we are all introverts here and need to be alone to recharge. But you're also human, which means you still need human contact. So get out of the house already and come meet up with us. What else did you have planned for today anyway? We will do both active and relaxed types of meetups. For more active types that like to have something to do beside stand around a talk there well be hikes, bike rides, kayaking and things like that. For the more relaxed types there will be things like movie nights, bbq's, game nights and stuff like that. If you have a good idea for a meetup, don't be shy about letting me know.

This is not a support group for shyness or social anxiety. All though shy people are more then welcome and will not fell out of place, just know what this is a group for Introverts to meet other like mined people.  a quick quote to help tell the difference between being shy and Being Introverted: "An introvert may chooses to stay home on a Friday night because they want to, someone suffering from severe shyness may not think they have any choice but to stay home—and wish they were out."
