Full Moon Fire Releasing Ceremony and Drum/Bowl Movement Meditation

Sunday morning is the Full Moon and that evening is a great time to release that which no longer serves us with a fire ceremony! ~Fire ceremony~
During the fire ceremony, the drumming and gong will assist us in further breaking up and freeing us from old, stagnant, unwanted energies and patterns so that we can be free to set and integrate new high vibrational ones.

~Collaborative Sound Healing~
After the fire ceremony, we will then enjoy a sound healing session beginning with my Gong then following with my 9 singing crystal bowls, and joining me is guest Kevin Marshall aka Mister Reiki and Adrienne Varner with drums and chimes. There will be drums, , rattles and bells for all those attending to use as well!

~Dancing/Movement/Meditation~
With the rhythmic drumming and the soothing, cleansing sounds of the bowls, I invite you to either enjoy a movement/dance meditation and/or lay down and soak it all in. The dancers/movers will be to the back of me by the drums while those who wish to lay will be closer to me and my bowls. ~Toning/Chanting~
There will be very minimal guiding during the sound healing meditation, otherwise generally silent. At one point I will guide us to begin releasing through our breath/voice and then we are free to chant/tone/use our voice creatively as we wish.

~Stillness Meditation~
After the toning and chanting, I will guide everyone to lay down for the final stretch of the sound healing portion of the evening. We will relax and soak in the bliss, peace, and embrace high vibration LOVE.
