Shadow and Light Sides of Self Love and Abundance

Details
People who are leaders in life have a unique responsibility to be open and authentic in order to create trust and enthusiasm in those that they lead. We’ll nourish our vulnerability through playful self-exploration and group connection. In this three-part workshop we’ll access the unconscious obstacles that most dictate our relationships at work and personal lives.
Do you keep experiencing the same patterns and situations? Would you like to discover a meadow full of new possibilities in your career and personal life?
Ever wonder why there are things that trigger you but don't trigger others, and vice versa? By reclaiming and integrating our shadow material we become more whole, resilient and innovative.
Are you ready for a self-discovering adventure? Step into the meadow of your life. Smell the flowers and taste the fruits of your life’s labors.
"We find that by opening the door to the shadow realm a little, and letting out various elements a few at a time, relating to them, finding use for them, negotiating, we can reduce being surprised by shadow sneak attacks and unexpected explosions.”
- Clarissa Pinkola Estes
We'll be practicing a combination of interactive NLP, reflective exercises from Debbie Ford's Shadow Side of the Light Chasers, transactional analysis and gestalt therapy techniques, Ken Wilber’s 3-2-1 shadow process, guided meditation, and family constellations. We will play and explore in groups.
Cost: $90
