Food, nutrition and body awareness all contribute to your body image. When your spirit is communicating in clarity to your body, it has a profoundly beneficial effect on the body.

We will be exploring our spiritual relationship to our bodies through intuitive exercises designed to open up your awareness of how you interact with your body.

Games, creative projects and a field trip are planned for your amusement and growth!

Mary Jo Rowlette is an accomplished Hands-On-Healer, Clairvoyant Graduate, Instructor and Spiritual Leader at See You Inside Spiritual Center, as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist and CAADAC Counselor. Her counseling specialty is working with adolescents and young adults. With over 16 years of spiritual training in Southern California, Mary Jo creates a classroom atmosphere where all students can feel comfortable to learn and spiritually grow at their own pace. Her friendly and open personality is welcoming to all participants in her classes and workshops at See You Inside Spiritual Center.
