INCA Monthly Meeting - Panel Discussion on Patent Law Changes

The Monday September 19, 2011 Inventors Network of the Capital Area meeting will include a panel discussion on how the recent patent reform bill may alter patenting strategy and practice for small business and independent inventors. The discussion panel will host patent attorney Steve Ngo (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/steve-ngo/11/a47/9b0) and Litman Law’s Chief Patent Officer Richard J. Apley (http://www.litmanlaw.com/home/About-Us/richard-j-apley). The discussion panel may host several other patent professionals as well. With the patent law landscape changing this may be a meeting you don’t want to miss.
Just to note: An INCA meeting in the near future will feature a speaker(s) from the US Patent & Trademark Office’s Office of Independent Inventor Programs who will explain the new changes to patent law.
