Make IoT ZH: The Things Network Hands-on

This is a maker meetup. Everybody is welcome to learn Arduino or work on any project. We're not at the lab this time, but we'll make sure there's a soldering iron. Not a maker? Don't worry, the regular meetups with presentations will continue.
