“Ciao Maria! Humm. . . . "Napolitan and A' Bruzzez?" My mother is from Arbuzzi - actually the region was split into two regions in 1963, and since she came from Italy before it was split, so she always called herself "Abruzzese" but actually now she would be called a "Molisana!" If you are going there (Abruzzi or Molise) soon, I know both regions rather well and can share some tips. . . see you at one of the meeting and we can discuss it! Michele”

“Yvette, benvenuta! (Luciano, ho fatto "benvenuta" giusto? Tu sai che io non parlo bene, italiano!). I am back from living in Milan for the last 2 1/2 years and wanted to return to the Meetup group this month, since I live in Tempe and - quite frankly - miss the meetings! I am sure you will enjoy the experience ( & the wine, too). As one of the first members, I wanted to extend my warm welcome to you. (Italo-Americana, no?) Spero che ci vediamo al prossimo incontro! Michele”
