It's James River Hiker karaoke night, part #4.

If you missed Oct. 18, 2014 part #1, April 11, 2015 part #2 or Sept. 5, 2015 part #3, then check out the pictures and comments from the calendar, and learn why Part #4 is certain to fill up to 25 max capacity.

Dennis can handle 25 in his apartment if the weather is lousy. If the weather is good however, we'll open it up to the waitlist and whoever wants to attend.

THE WEATHER LOOKS GOOD FOR SATURDAY EVENING APRIL 23 SO I'VE INCREASED THE MAX FROM 25 TO 100.

Dennis has reserved the One Monument Avenue fourth level patio overlooking Stuart Circle for the evening.

Bring a snack to share, a beverage and the talent to wow us all with your superb voice, and failing that, the courage to not get too down on yourself if your performance is universally declared an abomination.

Other that that --- there's no pressure on you.

If the weather is lousy, we'll retreat to Dennis's patio level apartment.

Parking is available on the top 4th level and the 1st level of the parking structure across Lombardy Street from One Monument Avenue apartments and behind the First English Lutheran Church.

The address of the church is 1603 Monument Ave, Richmond, VA 23220.

There are dozens of parking spaces on the top level. All first level spaces are good for you to park on Saturday evenings when the First English Lutheran Church isn't having a function EXCEPT those spaces reserved for Laurel Hill and marked with one of these two signs.

To repeat the above, do not park in spaces reserved for Laurel Hill. All others on the first level are ok.

From the parking structure enter the building via this main entrance.

Expect a doorman to be there to let you through the secure door. He will then direct you to the elevators down the hallway to your left and up the the 4th level patio where the party will be.

Public restrooms are on the first level near the elevators.
