The Brisbane Japanese Language and Culture Meetup Group Pages

This meetup is for the people who enjoy teaching, leaning or
sharing interest in Japanese language and culture.

Many of our members are fluent in Japanese and some are beginners.
We communicate in Japanese and (or) English.

The group size of each meeting is around 20-30 people.
Native and non-native ratio is about the same.

The age range of our group is generally 20's to 50's.

Many of our local members are working people who have experience living in Japan.
There are also some university students who are studying Japanese and
people in general who are thinking to visit Japan someday.

Many of our native Japanese speaking members are students here
with some work experience in Japan and they are in their late 20 to early 30.
Some are young students.

You can come along by yourself or with your Japanese/ non-Japanese friends
who like teaching or learning Japanese.

Please be prepared to host yourself to the group,
because often half of the attendants will be the first visit.
It is up to you to make yourself enjoy the event.

We have a variety of events for different purposes.
You can also suggests your ideas to organize events.
