In this session Dan Furze will be talking about ES6/ECMAScript 6/ECMAScript2015/Whatever it’s called now.

ES6 is the latest version of the ECMAScript standard (everyday JavaScript to us) and is comprised of some new features that are practical, easy to implement, and that will improve your code on a daily basis.

The presentation will be an overview of the latest, most useful features of ES6 and the backward-compatible ways in which you can use them in your production code, right now.

After attending this session, you will be able to implement elements of the talk in your everyday working lives right away.

Dan has worked in-house on products for agile software companies, within agencies on huge-scale websites for multi-national clients and now consults with smaller companies on a freelance basis.
