Web design for accessibility is just good web design, expanding web access to a range of devices and platforms, including emerging devices, and enhancing SEO. So by popular demand, December's meetup will encore Dorothy Hesson's Accessibility presentation. Dorothy is the Internet/Web Specialist for the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind in St. Augustine. And this time, for a complete demonstration of the software and equipment by experienced users, Dorothy has arranged to host our meetup at the School. A little outside our normal stomping grounds, but I guarantee the experience will be worth the trip. Don't miss it!

A great presentation by Dorothy, some impressive demonstrations by FSDB students of how experienced users browse the web with screen readers, and live examples of how bogus web design can make a site inaccessible.

    More Directions:
Google 207 N. San Marco Ave., St. Augustine, 32084 ... From Jacksonville I prefer the US1 route, but others may like 95. Either way, it's a straight shot to the school.

Turn East on Macaris Street, and make the first left into the parking lot. The meeting is in the Center for Leadership Training which is on the East end of Moore Hall, the white building near the parking lot.
