Here's some exciting news guys! Thought you might enjoy!

Steve Wexler and The Top Shelf begins their residency at the acclaimed East Village venue Drom starting October 4th and continues the first Thursday of each month through December.

Best known for their arrangements of famous Jazz songs like Etta James’, “At Last,” Nat King Cole’s, “Route 66,”and Frank Sinatra’s, “Fly Me to the Moon,” Steve Wexler and The Top Shelf acts as an instant time machine, bringing the listeners back to an amazing era in music, and I thought the jazz element of their performances might appeal to your members.

The band truly exhibits “Top Shelf” entertainment; Members have played along side a host of legendary performers such as Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Ray Charles, John Legend, Fifth Dimension, and The Temptations and have performed on Broadway and the Late Night circuit.

Steve Wexler and the Top Shelf plan to pay homage to legendary musicians with spotlight showcases, including tributes to Stevie Wonder (October 4th), Marvin Gaye and Tina Turner (November 1st), and a show dedicated to 21st Century Soul (December 6th) which will honor artists such as Amy Winehouse, Beyoncé, Alabama Shakes, Shemekia Copeland, Eli “Paperboy” Reed, and more.
