Hello Fellow Yogis,
Just a reminder that were going to be having an Ashtanga workshop on the fundamentals of primary series. This workshop is open to all levels and is a great way for you to reconnect with your yoga practice and to do some spring clean for your mind body and spirit! If you are new to Ashtanga yoga this workshop will be a great introduction into the mechanics of this dynamic and Tranformative style of yoga. Many of you have expressed interest in this workshop to me, but with only 2 weeks left the time to commit is now. Please take a moment to RSVP at or email Joannie . Cost for the workshop is $35

Mary Flinn a senior Ashtanga teacher from Philly will be teaching a workshop on Breath and Vinyasa of the Primary Series. A close examination of the Vinyasa count can help us to get more and more precise and focused during our practice. The 'Mala' or the link of our Ujjayi breath can also be used to elevate us in transitional passages in the sequence. We will also make space during the primary series to help each other and learn how to adjust each other to go deeper into some of the postures. This will be followed by a short meditation. 2.5 hours. This workshop is open to students of all levels. Our location for this workshop is above Pure Health Bar on cookman av in Asbury Park. This a beautiful Space with nice hard woods floors, tons of sunlight and a great location in downtown AP!
