What I currently eat for breakfast

From: Abby Cahn A.

I often get asked what I eat. So for starters, here's my standard morning routine.

I've been getting up early and exercising for an hour or two most days. During that time and afterwards, I drink 2 quarts of pure water. Lately I've been adding a squeeze of lemon, approx. 1/4 tsp. Pure Radiance C and 1/2 tsp. Sunfire Foods MSM per quart to either one or both quarts.

At around 10 or 11 (although if I have someplace to go in the morning, I'll do it earlier), I go into my breakfast routine. I start with 1/2 tsp PR Labs Max Stress B, then I mix up a green superfood blend (recipe below) while drinking 16 - 24 oz. of Sunfire Foods Chocolate Bliss superfood drink blend. I eat the green blend and then go out to my yard and munch some fresh wild greens and flowers (mostly dandelion). That's it. It's so packed with nutrition that I'm satisfied for HOURS without feeling stuffed.

Recipe below... Feel free to ask questions.

Enjoy! And Happy Solstice!!

Recipe for Green Blend:

Note: Items marked with asterisk are available from me. Flora brand DHA Flax oil is available at local health food stores. It comes in amber glass bottles and can be found in the refrigerator section. Goji berries are also available in the store. The current brand I'm using is Sunfood. I will be restocking gojis as soon as I find a high quality source.

Step one: if indoor temp is below 76 degrees, melt coconut oil by immersing the bottle in a bowl of warm water.

Step two: Put the following ingredients in a small bowl. Open all capsules and pour out contents.

2 Tbs. *Bee Pollen (freezer)
2 Tbs. *Hemp Seeds (refrigerator)
2 Tbs. Goji Berries (room temp.)
1/2 tsp. *Blue Green Algae (room temp.)
1 Tbs. *Spirulina (room temp.)
2 Tbs. *Vitamineral Green (room temp.)
1/2 tsp. *Maca (room temp.)
1 cap *L-Salivarius (refrigerator)
1 cap *Primal Digest (room temp.)
2 caps *Seaweed Energy (room temp.)

STIR, then add:

2 drops *D3 Serum (room temp.)
1/2 tsp. *EFA Blend (refrigerator)
1 tsp. Flora brand DHA Flax oil (refrigerator)
2 tsp. *Coconut Oil (room temp.)

STIR REALLY WELL, until it is the consistency of fudge.
