Organizational Meeting

The inaugural meeting! If you want to meet other Julia enthusiasts and have a say in how the group is run, here's your big chance. We'll talk about the goals of the group, potential speakers and topics, meeting venues, etc. We'll share what we hope to get out of Julia and what we hope to get out of the group. And, of course, we'll strategize about the best ways to spread the Gospel of Julia to our benighted brethren in other language communities. Programmers, scientists, and data scientists of all stripes are welcome.

The venue will be the Realtor building downtown (N Michigan across from the Tribune Tower).
