Check out the HMS Beagle. You want something in the science field? Get a hold of John and his crew.
You will love Parkville. A beautiful place. Explore the eateries and parks. You'll love his shop. It has everything. Call him. [masked]
Want to piss off a religious friend, relative, co-worker, then go to HMS Beagle and by something that makes sense & support our KC Secular Community.
Make a difference. Buy and support/promote science.

H.M.S. Beagle Science Fair Academy
For students 4th grade through 8th grade
10 am - 4 pm, July 10, 11 and 12
 10 am - 4 pm, July 15 - 19
Be prepared for eight days of intensive learning and preparation for your future
Science Fair projects, research projects or doing serious science at home.
The H.M.S .Beagle Science Fair Academy will take students through the
processes of deciding on, designing and executing a superior Science Fair project.
The framework for the Academy is learning and understanding of
the scientific method and how to incorporate the scientific method in the
planning, implementation, and reporting of scientific research.
We firmly believe that by the time a student is in 4th grade
they can start doing real science and the time has long passed
for yet another volcano demonstration.
Participants will use the scientific method to work together on an actual
science research project from start to finish. This exercise will provide students
with a hands-on experience using the scientific method to deepen each
participant's understanding of scientific research.
Students will explain their research and demonstrate their project
on the last day of the Science Fair Academy.
Beagle Owner John Kuhns will facilitate the Summer Session.
