A Guide to Achieving Flow

Continuous Flow is the regular and smooth progress of work from its initial concept to final consumption with minimal delay. This interactive session will explore what it means to achieve flow by contrasting a flow-based approach with other popular models. Attendees will use a number of process policies to construct Lego figures, capturing metrics and comparing results.
