Classes are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm (ZUMBA®) & Every other Saturday 9:30am-11am

Every other Saturday from 9:30am-11am is Soulful Saturday--Soulful Saturday classes feature Devoted Fitness® (a Christian Fitness program) and Zumba® toning!
