Kettlebells deliver cardio, core, strength and endurance in one neat package. This class is results-oriented and beginner-friendly. Emphasis is on safe technique. Intermediate athletes will find new ways to incorporate kettlebells into their training. Workouts blend foundational kettlebell movements with low-impact strength-building exercises.

ALL sizes and abilities are welcome! Our instructor will tailor to your individual needs to help you safely reach your goals. This class is scalable for children and seniors, as well as those recovering from injury.
