Calling all Knitters, Crocheters, and Creative Do Gooders!
Each November, the Nave Gallery in Somerville, MA hosts Wrap Around, a sale of affordable handmade woolen goods to support the Somerville Homeless Coalition. All proceeds help fund the amazing work that SHC does, and anything not sold is donated to them.
The mission of this group, if you choose to accept, is to meet monthly at one of Somerville's hot spots, chat with very cool people, and knit, crochet, or create (the organizer of this group has no idea how to knit, and is in fact a quilter---ssshhhhh) items for next November's sale. This is a really fun way to get your craft on and help keep someone warm during our very cold winters.
