Cultivate your Authentic Voice and Meditation:

Practice techniques using the Korason Method!

Hi everyone,

Our first meet-up was really great! We teamed up with another Meet-Up Group (Resilient Aging). There were 12 of us present and the energy was high as well as openness to learn and experiment with the Korason Authentic Voice techniques.

Our next meet-up will be Thursday, May 24th. In this meeting we will practice some additional techniques that will help you to discover and cultivate your true, authentic voice.

Benefits of the Korason Method:

• reversal of the aging process

• release of creativity

• emotional and physical vitalization and relaxation

• tools to cultivate a more natural and authentic physical voice

• confidence in using this voice for speaking and singing

• clearer understanding of what you really wish to express in this world and a more focussed desire to voice your truth

• learn how enhanced voice & expression lead to more effective communication and dialogue with others

This lively and experiential exploration will help clear the way to increased clarity, expression and awareness of the present moment as well as support a more successful meditation practice. Mindfulness applied to vocal sound production provides a fertile ground for techniques that will strengthen and deepen your meditative experience, both for beginners and seasoned meditators.

“Helping people to meditate better is a deep passion of mine. Using mindfulness and authentic voicework to understand the blocks really makes it easier and faster!” - Hugh

Look forward to seeing you on May 10th. The fee for the session is $15. Please indicate if you'll be attending. Also if you can arrive at 6:45, we can begin right at 7:00.

warm wishes - Hugh
