Hello Korean culture fan!

After almost a year of planning, the MKLCC is pleased to unveil the upcoming 2014 Colours of Korea Festival, the very first Korean Festival here in Quebec organized by the Festival Committee of the Montreal Korean Language and Culture Centre (MKLCC).

Our theme is a ‘One-day-Trip to Korea in Quebec’, and as our first Festival, we did our best to bring the Korea close to you! We have invited local Korean artists, experts, and aficionados to give you the authentic experience of a one-day-trip to Korea right in your own backyard.

There will be many activities, indoor and outdoor, such as :

★1. INDOOR ACTIVITIES:

★★ K-POP WORLD COMPETITION ★★

  • MKLCC presents in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Montreal

  • Regional Semi-Final & Regional Final (Gym)

  • World Finalists will win a trip to Korea (all cost covered - plane ticket, hotel, tour, etc.)

  • Anyone who're passionate about K-Pop can apply

  • For all the activities in the Gym, since the capacity is limited, the entry will be administered by FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis.

  • With the Festival Event Pass, you will have access to ALL the indoor activities, day and night.

As you have loved the MKLCC for the past six (6) years, we will be counting on your usual and precious support for our very first Korean Festival in town. Those of you who participated in the MKLCC Summer Barbecue Picnic in the past know how much fun we had! We have expanded that fun part to share with the general public and reinforced multifaceted and rich Korean culture so that you can experience wider variety of Korean culture.
