Kristiansand Food Club is hosting another cooking event :-)

We will be teaching you how to prepare delicious street food:

Fresh fish tacos with sauces (homemade wholewheat and corn soft tortillas with spicy fish and a cool and hot sauce)

Falafel with homemade pita bread and sauces

Homemade sliders (for the meat eaters ;-) )

Different kinds of satay with Sue (our guest cook from Singapore)

As we are a large group we are moving to CoWorx again

Please bring along 75kr each to cover the hire cost :-)

We are asking each participant to bring along something from this shopping list of ingredients, as well as any drinks they would like to accompany their food.

8 x paprika mix farger + 4 agurker

2 pk galangal + 4 pinner lemongrass

6 pk salatblanding

cumin frø + koriander frø + hel sort pepper

2 x 435ml sriracha hot chili sauce

4 pk maisena mel + 1 kg rugmel + cayenne pepper

6 kg hvetemel + 1 kg hvitløk

1kg usaltet peanøtter + 60 grillpinner (tre)

1kg lange

7 pk sjarlottløk + 1 x 6pk egg

6 x korriander planter

2kg kjøttdeig
