Isha Yoga offers Isha Kriya, which can be learned through free, 1-hour guided sessions through local group practice sessions, live webinars, or online streaming video (below)--it is a simple, but powerful inner process to align your mind, body, and inner-energies to naturally arrive at a meditative state. Once you are meditative for even a few minutes on a daily basis, your perception of yourself and the world around becomes much deeper and richer.
12-18 minutes of Isha Kriya practice daily reduces stress, anxiety and depression; increases health, energy and vitality; enhances mental focus and clarity and establishes a sense of peace and deep inner balance.
