Mapping user input to locations using Explicit Semantic Analysis

Explicit Semantic Analysis (ESA) is a way to compare the similarity of two documents by mapping them onto a textual knowledge representation. The Oracle of Wiki is an experiment here at Oversee using ESA to map users’ vacation plans to appropriate locations via a Wikipedia-based knowledge representation.
