From Models to Metrics: Building Automated Project Dashboards that Streamline Project Delivery and Deliver a Differentiated Client Experience

Effective project dashboards are the cornerstone of successful delivery, yet many teams struggle with fragmented data, manual reporting, and limited visibility into critical metrics, as information is trapped in models. This session, led by Fast+Epp’s Senior Design Engineer Kent Pretorius and Speckle’s Community Advocate Jonathon Broughton, explores actionable best practices for creating automated, reusable dashboards that surface key project information directly from design models - including quantity takeoffs, design progress, cost data, and carbon calculations. Attendees will learn how to structure dashboards that maintain real-time visibility across all project phases and enable faster, data-driven decision making.

Through real-world examples and practical frameworks, participants will discover how to transform their project data into actionable insights that keep distributed teams aligned on progress, identify issues early, and support better outcomes for clients.
