Yarone Goren is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of SteadyMD, a 50-state telehealth technology platform powering high-quality virtual care for digital healthcare companies, labs, pharmacies, large employers, and other healthcare innovators. Under his leadership, SteadyMD became widely recognized as the quality leader in enterprise telehealth infrastructure, serving millions of patients nationwide and raising over $60 million in venture capital.

At SteadyMD, Yarone led the company’s commercial strategy, enterprise partnerships, and go-to-market execution. He personally negotiated and signed the company’s most significant strategic agreements, including partnerships with Abbott, Amazon, Apple, Cencora, Function Health, Headspace, Noom, Oura, Quest Diagnostics, Ro, Thirty Madison, Transcarent, and WHOOP.

Yarone brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience across multiple ventures. Prior to SteadyMD, he founded and served as CEO of Iteration Group, a boutique product design and development firm serving clients including Epson, Siemens, and Intuit. He also co-founded and served as COO of Zumbox, a digital postal mail platform that raised more than $25 million in venture capital, and co-founded Academy123, an online education company later acquired by Warner Bros. Discovery.

He began working in technology in 1995 as an early contributor to ICQ, the first global instant messaging platform. Earlier in his career, Yarone worked as an enterprise software engineer, advised startups on business development and product strategy, and also served as an analyst at Bertelsmann Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm.

His board-relevant experience includes enterprise partnerships, d2c marketing, digital health infrastructure, product and technology design, and fundraising. Yarone holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge and is an active mentor and investor in early-stage technology companies.
