LAWS WALKS is an offshoot of LAWS, the Los Angeles Women's Social Meetup Group. So many LAWS members are interested in walking for exercise that a new women's group dedicated to walking was in order.
LAWS WALKS welcomes women of all ages and fitness levels. You need not be a member of LAWS to join LAWS WALKS but, of course, you are most welcome to become one! Check out LAWS here: http://women.meetup.com/35/
We currently have four regular weekly walks: Saturday mornings in Santa Monica, Monday evenings on the westside, Wednesday evenings in Culver City and Thursday evenings in Silver Lake. Check out our Calendar for the details.
If you are interested in hosting a *regular* walk in your area, please contact me and we'll make it happen. If you are interested in a one-off walk (even at the last minute), post to our Message Board and see who responds.

The Monday night walk continues in the lovely crisp late Fall air!
It's a great time to walk and get in shape for the holidays and give your heart some great exercise at the same time!
Please join me at 7:00PM Monday evening at the intersection of Monte Mar and Motor in front of the park where the tennis courts are. There's plenty of street parking as well as parking lots. Read more
