bSidesLA 2014 @ the Beach Event - CFP

This is a local security event that happens once a year.  If people are interested, maybe we can get a LETHAL group to show up.  Regardless, you should go to bSidesLA to learn, share, and grow!

More Info:

The goal of bSidesLA is to mash up the local Southern California security community with the best open thinkers from around the world in the famous SecurityBSides open, interactive and community oriented format. This is a collaborative event - for all of us, by all of us. The only thing we ask of you is to participate. Come and talk, speak up, ask questions and participate throughout the event. It is a time for all of us to learn, share and explore without judgment, and to inspire those around us.

Last year bSidesLA brought together dozens of speakers from Southern California and around the US, and over 225 attendees in an open and highly interactive environment that included local CSOs, security professionals and students who connected and built relationships that have lasted well beyond the event.

Look forward to seeing everyone there!!

Also, I would love to see more Open Source Tech Security presentations at SCALE 13x, so if you know of anyone whom you think would make a good presentation, please encourage them to submit a posposal. ( SCALE 13x will be Feb[masked] )

Also, note we will have rooms available for BOFs in the evenings so feel free to organize a security Birds Of a Feather at SCALE ( round table talks ).

Remember, SCALE is a community event, we even have a kids tracks and are always looking for volunteers to help make the event better each year.

    Thank You - Matti
