I'm looking to make this a group mostly for people out of college but not necessarily "settled down"/starting a family already (it seems like 90% of the people in my building are already married with kids). I live by the waterfront/Gantry Park off the Vernon/Jackson stop, but people from other areas of LIC, and even Astoria/Sunnyside/etc. are welcome to join as well.

Events will include drinks at local bars, trying out restaurants in the area, and exploring all that Long Island City, Queens, and the rest of New York City have to offer.
