Welcome to Life Coaching Institute Meet-Up!

Group description: Meet with others of like mind interested in creating a joyful and meaningful lifestyle through learning coaching tools based on positive psychology and brain science. Additionally group members will learn to access the spiritual within (as defined by each person) and the empowered self (the person you can become) to build this positive lifestyle. There will be a different topic each session presented in an experiential format by different expert speakers. The topic will then be open to discussion.

Why started: To provide education to the public and other professionals in self-coaching tools that will bring about sustained happiness as well as a means of accessing the spiritual within (as defined by the person) and the empowered self. Additionally, it is meant as a meeting place for those of like mind to form a community for positive transformation within members of the meet-up, as well as in their community and the workplace.

Purpose of the group: To provide education and community for those interested in self-care methods for creating sustained happiness through accessing the spiritual within and the empowered self.

Who should join: anyone interested in personal growth, happiness, life transformation, or spirituality (as defined by them) who want to make a difference in their life, as well as those around them.
