Election day is almost here. LPNOVA, the Johnson/Gray campaign, and the Robert Kraus campaign have been working hard to make it a great day for freedom here in Northern Virginia, and across the country. But there is still just a little more to do, and you're the only one who can do it!
We need YOU to hand out LP Voter's guides and/or candidate literature at polling places on election day.
The Kraus campaign has an organized effort in place in Alexandria, and they could really use your help. But, if you cannot make it to Alexandria, you can still help. Just work your own polling place for an hour or two when you go to vote, or even one by your workplace on your lunch break.
I've attached printable files of the LP Voter's Guides for Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County. If you wish to use them you can print them out at home, but they cannot be on white or yellow paper (State election law says so, unfortunately). If you're able to work a polling place in Alexandria please contact Robert Kraus at [address removed], or see the details at www.meetup.com/lpnova. City of Alexandria materials can be picked up on Monday evening, or during the day Tuesday. Mr. Kraus or the meetup page can give you the details. If you want to work a polling place in Fairfax or Alexandria, and you're unable to print your own materials, I may be able to get some to you. If you're one of the first 5 people to e-mail me before 11am Monday with your home address, I'll drop the appropriate stuff off at your house. Just let me know what jurisdiction you'll be working in, and about how many pieces I should give you (about[masked] pieces per hour is generally appropriate). If you contact me after that, or I get more than about 5 responses, you may still be able to get some materials by meeting me in Annandale late Monday evening. We'll cross that bridge if we come to it.
Once again, if you print these materials at home, DO NOT PRINT THEM ON WHITE OR YELLOW PAPER.
Remember, just an hour or two or your time, or more if you can spare it, is all that it needed to help spread the Libertarian message and make this election day a great one for the Libertarian party and the cause of freedom! Please help out if you can.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. - If you can't work a polling place on election day, can you help the Libertarian Party with a generous donation of $250, $100, $50, or however much you can spare? If so, just head on over to http://www.lpnova.org/Contribute.aspx and contribute right now!
