Our members have worked and been paid on EIGHT paid gigs in the last three months. We're booked to do three other paying features from now until March 2010. And we've been around just THREE months!!!!! Can YOUR group say that?

Our Mission: To create a solid crew of stunt performers for hire in independent and mainstream productions through consistent training, encouragement and participation in events and activities that promote and generate income producing revenue for our members. In other words, the group's goal is to get you PAID to perform stunts. 'Nuff said!!!

Stunt performers are in demand, both in film and on the stage, but the number of trained performers are few. It's not about being a daredevil - in fact, it's about being safety oriented. The LVMMAA was formed to create a training ground for the best stunt fighting crew in Nevada.

No politics, no egos, no excuses. Just a group of active participants willing to train together to make a SOLID STUNT CREW. If you're a whiny little cry-baby who just likes to join Meetup groups and not participate, this is NOT the group for you. No fakers, posers or wannabees - be real and be reliable!
If you are a martial artist, film actor, theater major, former or current athlete, Traceur or Free Runner, gymnast, wrestler, or fight choreographer, then this group is for you.

Our group organizers are professional actors, stunt choreographers and martial artists with a wide range of skills. And we're not just a couple of local guys who've decided to get together and teach stunts - we're professionals. Sidney Liufau is a 20+ year SAG veteran of film and television with over 40 credits on the IMDB. He is also a Lima Lama master and owner & operator of the Polynesian stage show - Polywood Entertainment. Dr. T. Jon Cuenca (a.k.a. TJ Quicksilver) is a 6th degree black belt master in Ocho Kantos Kali and a founding member of the World Filipino Martial Arts Association. He is also a skilled demonstrator & practitioner of many different sword and weapons styles, as well as an actor, stuntman & pirate! We will continually have other well-known Hollywood stunt coordinators, actors and stunt performers come in at special times throughout the year to further educate our members. Our primary focus is creating unique hi-speed, jaw-dropping, yet believable fight & chase sequences for film. Let's make it look REAL. guys!

NOTE: Membership dues are used to maintain this site. Members that are inactive for a period of TWO consecutive months are deleted from the database. Membership dues are waived if you are attending classes. TWO months of unpaid dues will also result in removal of member's profile from this site. Professional courtesy (waived dues) is offered only to stunt personnel and businesses with active licenses who sponsor and support our group.

LVMMAA Organizers reserve the right to remove any probationary or full member from the roster who consistently violate posted safety protocols and regulations or are found to be inactive, unprofessional, or otherwise detrimental to the growth of the members of this group. Decisions will be made through appropriate channels and all decisions are final.
