This Posture Yoga course will teach you exercises that you can use regularly to develop your perfect posture. Focusing on core back and shoulders, body balance and flexibility, with techniques that will help your body to carry you correctly, with comfort and confidence. Take any one class or a set of 3 for best impact.

Class 1: Special Focus - Energize your day!
Learn a routine to take home that will enliven and awaken your body from head to toe. Starting with breathing exercises, before moving on to sitting and lying down this class will activate and strengthen your core and back muscles kicking each day you do this off to a great start!

Class 2: Special Focus - Afternoon Action
Find out how to correct your workplace posture and give yourself an afternoon boost with these subtle activating movements. Learn techniques to give those shoulders a break, awaken and activate your core, and relax and strengthen your neck. We’ll even teach you exercises to do from your desk or workstation!

Class 3: Special Focus - Rest and Relax
Learn how to draw each day to a close with this series of restorative movements, massage techniques and breathing exercises, to regain body balance and release the tension of the day.
