My name is Erika Hernandez and I am the founder of EH Social Events Planning & Design, as well as, "Ladies Night Off." I have created "Ladies Night Off" with the intention to bring women of all ages, ethnicity, and career paths together to inspire, educate, and empower each other. My goal is to build a platform in which to share resources that encourages personal growth and a prosperous life in a fun, feminine environment.

Women have a deep desire to seek out their passions, and maybe even a fantasy. We have dreams, and/or goals, but often we lack the confidence, time, or support to pursue them. My mission is to provide an avenue of support, inspiration and empower women to see the change they want to see in their homes, workplaces, communities, and the world around them, because when change is embraced, greatness is achieved.

"Ladies Night Off" is simply PUNCHING OUT from your daily routines and just focusing on YOU! Whether you're a woman in business, a working mother, a stay-at-home mom, a single woman, or a woman just before retirement, "Ladies Night Off" is the place to be at every third Thursday of each month.

As women, instinct tells us that connecting with other women is key to clarifying our life's direction. This is an evening dedicated to sharing interests, knowledge and talents, as well as learning new insights from others. The workshop topics will focus on specific areas of a woman's life, ranging from Women's Health to Crafts; How To's... to Lifestyle Coaching; Yoga to Parenting, Strip Tease to Couponing, and so much more!

All of our workshops include an experienced guest speaker, food, beverage, and of course, GOODIES!
