Do you want to run a 5k, 10k, or Marathon? Do you want to stay motivated and get fit? Do you want to share your passion for running with others? If so, you have found the right group!
Lady Runners is a group that welcomes all runners. We are runners of all paces from beginner to advanced. Our group is about sharing camaraderie, having fun, losing weight, and improving our fitness. No one is left behind - we all start together but we go at our own pace. Someone will always be there at the end to greet the last runner or finish the run with you. We also support and cheer each other on at races and while training. We have scheduled weekly runs, posted races, and other fun activities like yoga, brunch, or we are open to suggestions.
Experience is not necessary - just the willingness to run, have fun and make friends. This is a great group for those who might be looking for that extra motivation to get started!
