Walking meditation has long been part of some Eastern practices. Here in the West it is part of a tradition that flourished in the Middle Ages. A highly personal journey within, the path supplies a structure that allows us to bypass our "choosing mind" and find respite from a hectic world. Continue the tradition of walking meditations and enjoy this opportunity for connection, serenity and renewal. The experience is non-denominational and non-guided. All are welcome.
