A Seasonal Walk with Herbs

Join us for a talk and hands-on medicine-making focusing on digestion issues. We’ll discuss how to keep the tummy happy and humming, avoiding indigestion and GI imbalances with herbs and good nutrition.

Then we’ll make your own personal bitters blend that can be used for maintaining stomach health. We’ll also explore the technique for making your own salves and balms, and you’ll go home with your own jar of a healing blend as well as recipes to make other formulas on your own.

$75.00 for a full day 10:00 to 4.00. (A sliding scale is available; contact Gretchen Voight at [masked].)

A vegetarian soup and beverages will be provided, but potluck offerings are also welcome.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
